What formats do you offer?
We offer 250 mL home sprays, 100 mL car sprays and 30 mL concentrated diffuser oils. Availability varies by fragrance.
Can I apply these products to my skin?
No. Laya products are ambient fragrances only. Do not ingest or apply them to skin, hair or the body. Keep them out of reach of children and pets.
How do I use a home or car spray?
Mist lightly into the air. Avoid spraying dashboards, screens, controls or delicate surfaces. Test fabrics in an inconspicuous area first.
How do I use diffuser oil?
Add a small amount to a fragrance-compatible diffuser and follow the diffuser manufacturer’s instructions.
Orders and delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship to Canada and the United States.
Is standard shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free for eligible orders delivered within Canada and the United States.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days. Standard carrier transit is estimated at 7–10 business days after dispatch. Delays can occur during peak periods or because of carriers, weather or customs.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, it is sent by email after dispatch. It can take 24–48 hours to update.
Returns and order issues
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for scent preference or change of mind. This does not limit rights under applicable consumer law.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email contact@layafragrances.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and package. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution when approved.
